Pros

Company does not layoff workers when work is slow

Cons

Company judges you by what religion you are. The pay is low and raises very very small. There is lots of family politics. Company is disorganized with jobs produced late and incorrectly. Owner likes to say the company uses state of the art production equipment when in fact it is still stuck in the 1960's. The safety program is a sham designed to keep OSHA at bay when in fact employees are allowed to circumvent safety with the blessing of management. Don't get hurt here you may be let go.

Pros

Guaranteed 40 hours work week with some voluntary overtime when available. No layoffs, but Korman family employees come first.

Cons

U r a Robot toiling away in situations of missing productions quotas dued to dinosaur equipment constantly needing to be locked out. U r taking your own life within your hands, as OSHA PROCEDURES R TOTALLY DISREGARDED.

Pros

Never get laid off with plenty of overtime.

Cons

Too many" so called" supervisors are allowed to create overtime for themselves and the "ones they like the most". There are 10 percent of the employees who actually want to grow, but this is a place that does not promote unless you're family, nor do they train incoming employees on safety protocols.
