Very little future direction of the company. Print industry is declining and forays into the software side of things isn't happening fast enough.

Highly toxic environment. Egomaniac senior managers and insecure managers. You are expected to sit down, do your work, and leave. Any interactions with other department will be questioned. Japanese company but it's running on 1970's style of Chinese management. Most of the 'senior' staff and management there is just waiting for their retirements.

The leadership is a mess. The top level are blind to what's going on with average employees. Most of them don't ever come to the office. Directors and VPs are largely incompetent and only got their roles from who they know. They don't care at all about their employees. No one gets promoted past manager. They keep taking engagement surveys and when the numbers are low they blame employees. This company is being run into the ground, if HP doesn't buy us soon Japan needs to fire the entire leadership team and come in and fix things.

Poor management from service managers (if ypu can call them managers as they are scared of speaking up) to the leadership team. Hr on the managers side and will change documentation to suit the managers needs. Will be sent hear there and everywhere and expect to work an extra hour in the morning and hour at night unpaid (acceptable travel)

Some managers were too demanding and their expectations were too high

Middle managers refuse to train and then go off on you for not knowing how to do your job. Office cubicles are dusty (this will suck if you’re allergic). PTO is good but 1 person can use it at a time on my team, what’s the point then. Company is remote on Friday’s only, departments are stingy about other remote days.
