      The Good - Transport, Food, Snacks, Annual Tour - Most of the people are good, Friendly HR & Staff - Stable Job

      The Bad First thing you might notice are the false 5 star reviews, which will make you wonder why they need them. Let me clarify. - Office Politics, Power Practice, Constant shift of company goals and structure. - Legacy stack. Afraid of new technology & ideas. - Nepotism. Some of them lack basic manners for communicating with peers and respecting seniors. That's because they have the support of the top guys. If you are new, try to mix with them, treat them as literal Gods, otherwise I'm afraid you can't stay much longer. - Does Jira Management more than actual Project Management. - Low retention rate, everyone who's not part of their system wants to go out. - Cannot give reviews about Managers/Senior Management.

      •A set of co-related globally high-standard payment platforms to learn from. •Top-notch payment platform developer in Bangladesh. •A truly opportunistic workplace to learn technologies for novices but be advised to stay max two years if the managerial crisis is not resolved. •An easy workplace for sycophants to lick management's boots.

      •Lack of transparency on business goals and company policies. •Pay discrimination is unreasonably common, so never ever fail to negotiate while joining. •Working overtime is highly encouraged in contrast to efficiency. •At the end of the year, a faulty and farce evaluation process will upset you if work truly performs well.
