Pros

Great culture, great team, a product that is truly customer first. We listen to our customers and build for them. As a CSM this is amazing to be a part of.

Cons

With any start up, there are growing pains. When building teams fast there is always an adjustment of responsibilities/roles. We'll get there.

Pros

Komodor is a fantastic place to work. From an amazing product to an even better culture I could not recommend Komodor more. Each team in the organisation is so supportive and even though it is a remote role, you can still feel the energy of everyone virtually.

Cons

No cons so far during my time at Komodor!

Pros

I’ve never enjoyed working at a company as much as I do here. The leadership team sets the tone from the top. The CEO and CTO are highly involved, approachable, and genuinely respectful — something that’s rare at this level. There’s a flat structure where you can reach out directly when you need support, whether that’s on a deal or solving a problem. That accessibility builds real trust. The culture is one of the biggest strengths. There’s no arrogance — just a shared focus on building something meaningful and doing right by customers and partners. There’s also a very real “no assholes” policy, which sounds simple but makes a huge difference in practice. It creates an environment built on respect, accountability, and trust. From a sales perspective, the support is exceptional. Leadership trusts you to do your job without micromanaging, while still being there when it matters. That creates an environment where you want to perform at your best. The team is full of high-quality people. Everyone is willing to help, share knowledge, and collaborate. It genuinely feels like a team effort rather than individuals working in silos. The onboarding experience stood out as well. Before I even started, the company made a real effort to make me feel part of the team — equipment ready from day one, thoughtful welcome packages, and a clear sense that people care about your experience. On the product side, it’s solving a real and growing problem. The technology is strong, enterprise-ready, and trusted by large organisations. It’s easy to believe in what you’re selling, which makes a huge difference. Overall, it hits the three things that matter most: timing, technology, and team.

Cons

As with any fast-growing company, things can move quickly and sometimes change. Priorities can shift as the business evolves, which requires adaptability. Because the bar is high and the team is ambitious, there’s an expectation to perform — this won’t suit someone looking for an easy ride.
