Pros
Good Company Upper Average pay and benefits 401k with match. Decent insurance with a few options. HR is informative through emails and online teaching.
Cons
Some of the management can be chaotic and demoralizing micro managers. They are so worried about what they should not be and not worried about the huge issues in their face. High volume of contract/Temp workers with the same expectations as full time. Sad thing is the company keeps them on with the promise of becoming full time for years. It’s also tough for the full time employees that are expect to carry the torch of Komatsu Way with so many demoralized temp management and office workers that have lost faith. Get rid of old infrastructure and get newer technology.
