      Knowledge Could Use a Management Overhaul

      Pros

      Opportunities to support dynamic customers in the US Intelligence Community. A Founder that is down to earth and approachable.

      Cons

      Founder has talent but delegates too much to a weak management team. The company has lost almost 40% of its employees over the past three years. The management team is out of touch with Gen X and Y employees. Management has spent an enormous amount of resources chasing new opportunities that are not realistic.

      Pros

      Very approachable company with many business opportunities for all sorts of cleared professionals- whether at the entry level, or expert level. Though they are a small company, they have lots of work and as a small company, can offer a unique experience for each employee!
