Pros

Nothing positive About KFM Australia Best to avoid KFM and Campeyn Group roles on seek

Cons

There are so many systemic issues within this organisation that it is genuinely best to stay away. There is a significant disconnect between how the company presents itself and how it actually operates. While marketed as a tier-one provider, the reality is much closer to a lower-tier operation, with limited policies, inconsistent procedures, and an ever-changing operating structure. Attempts to resolve issues through internal support channels are routinely pushed into ticketing systems like ClickUp, with little to no follow through or accountability. Systems overall are subpar and not fit-for-purpose, creating ongoing inefficiencies and frustration for staff. The delivery model appears heavily reliant on offshore support, which impacts responsiveness, communication, and ownership of outcomes. Combined with this, leadership style is often reactive and overly focused on control, creating a high-pressure environment with low trust and high staff turnover. There is a consistent gap between what is promised to clients and what can realistically be delivered. Overall, the organisation is not equipped to operate. To anyone considering joining the “family” culture being promoted be aware that the reality is very different. Expect a highly micromanaged environment where autonomy is limited and trust is low. If you don’t fit in quickly, there is a strong sense you’ll be managed out rather than supported to improve.

Pros

None - Avoid at all costs

Cons

Where do I start... KFM is a joke of a company, they are all about appearances and showcasing a front that is very Tier 1/2 but under the surface is systems that are subpar, a "team" that is instructed to have Port Melbourne in all emails even though the entire team is based in India.... Clients are misled that the team is based in Port Melbourne. I would love to see KFM have a massive shake up, you can't keep pretending that the issues you are facing in terms of staff performance have nothing to do with the company. I have in my 15+ years in FM have experienced such high staff turnover, SLT that have no idea and swing from left to right on every decision and expectations. I would strongly suggest that you look at your expectations of the team and not use immigration visas & sponsorships as an excuse to treat staff poorly as they can't leave or risk losing a visa etc. I find it so disgusting that you treat anyone the way you do.

Pros

The role itself was engaging, and I really enjoyed working with the clients they were lovely and made the work rewarding.

Cons

However, the overall culture within the company was difficult. Leadership was often fear-based, with a strong tendency towards micromanagement, which made it challenging to feel trusted and supported. Unfortunately, this created an environment that didn’t feel very positive or collaborative and caused a very high turnover of staff in operations.
