Pros
Nothing positive About KFM Australia Best to avoid KFM and Campeyn Group roles on seek
Cons
There are so many systemic issues within this organisation that it is genuinely best to stay away. There is a significant disconnect between how the company presents itself and how it actually operates. While marketed as a tier-one provider, the reality is much closer to a lower-tier operation, with limited policies, inconsistent procedures, and an ever-changing operating structure. Attempts to resolve issues through internal support channels are routinely pushed into ticketing systems like ClickUp, with little to no follow through or accountability. Systems overall are subpar and not fit-for-purpose, creating ongoing inefficiencies and frustration for staff. The delivery model appears heavily reliant on offshore support, which impacts responsiveness, communication, and ownership of outcomes. Combined with this, leadership style is often reactive and overly focused on control, creating a high-pressure environment with low trust and high staff turnover. There is a consistent gap between what is promised to clients and what can realistically be delivered. Overall, the organisation is not equipped to operate. To anyone considering joining the “family” culture being promoted be aware that the reality is very different. Expect a highly micromanaged environment where autonomy is limited and trust is low. If you don’t fit in quickly, there is a strong sense you’ll be managed out rather than supported to improve.
