Excellent company culture, cannot highlight this enough. Truly wonderful people who make work a meaningful and enjoyable experience. Staff are always polite and happy to assist one another. Managers are respectful and mindful of the challenges faced by their team. There is no criticism, only constructive feedback. Managers celebrate personal and professional growth and encourage team members to learn new skills through Learnathons and Hackathons. Team members are great to work with and push you to increase your skill level and lead by example. Excellent sense of community and team spirit. Employees know how to relax and have a good time while also working to meet challenging deadlines.
