      Pros

      They had a relaxed office environment and you could dress however you wanted which was nice.

      Cons

      Favoritism, cutthroat, did not protect against or care if new employees candidates were being stolen by senior AMs. No women stay longer than six months because it's an uncomfortable office environment- boys club. HR doesn't care.

      Pros

      Working for great leadership with 30+ years of experience between them within Technology staffing solutions. They are the reason why I joined the company and I am happy to be here. They are professional in their approach to their employees and truly understand "our day-to-day efforts". Positive and supportive work environment. Highly transparent management style and open communication with leadership and between colleagues. Strong team-feeling! A place where recruiters from different backgrounds can work well with each other - be it from corporate to startups. Diversity is embraced within this company - something that is very important to me, being a woman with a mixed ethnicity.

      Cons

      No real cons. This is a startup and as they are growing, there will be more upward mobility available. Although, I did have the chance to grow within my role and I know that employees will receive recognition to further their career where possible.
