      My experience with Kier has been very positive. The company offers ample opportunities for growth and development, with flexible working hours that support a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, there are clear pathways for career advancement, and the company provides continuous training to ensure employees remain up-to-date with the latest industry trends and skills.

      Culture of working over hours - contract was reduced to 40 hours per week however expected to work over my daily hours every week

      Lots of benefits Lots of events to accommodate you.

      Cons

      There doesn't to be a robust programme for some business streams. A lot of us spent hours doing nothing, waiting for something to happen. They took us on when their projects weren't even getting started. There was no in house engineer on site.
