Culture of working over hours - contract was reduced to 40 hours per week however expected to work over my daily hours every week

There doesn't to be a robust programme for some business streams. A lot of us spent hours doing nothing, waiting for something to happen. They took us on when their projects weren't even getting started. There was no in house engineer on site.
