Pros
Key Point is a place where you can truly grow professionally. I started working here straight out of high school as a teacher assistant, and over the past eight years, I have learned and grown so much. The administration team is incredibly supportive, always hands-on in helping both staff and students succeed. It’s a collaborative and enriching environment that fosters professional development and a strong sense of community
Cons
Even in a place I love working, no workplace is perfect. One challenge at Key Point is that because it's such a dynamic and fast-paced environment, things can change quickly, and you have to adapt on the go. While this keeps things exciting and allows for growth, it can sometimes feel overwhelming. However, the supportive administration and teamwork make it easier to navigate those challenges.

Key Point Academy has the best benefits for the employer and they also care about well-being and allows you to have a constant evolution for your professional career.
Cons
Just the employers need to have more restrooms at their disposal.
