Thank you for your response. We are pleased to announce that our Managers will be undertaking a management develop programme over the coming months and this will help refocus on our core values and an improved cultural impact. We will be taking deliberate action in 2025 to increase training delivery and the impact the Learning and Development Dept. have on the workforce. We will be undertaking some specific and compliance based training for all employees this year.
We are pleased that hourly pay has been increased for April 2025. The business outlook is looking positive despite the poor trading conditions.
Too hectic and stressful and make you work like slaves

I am sorry to read that you are finding the role stressful. I would ask that you raise this with your line manager and / or HR who will look to see how they can support you and reduce the stress for you?
