Pros

Kerridge has a number of great products, delivering value to our many customers. And more importantly we're aware that things must change in order to stay ahead of the pack and we're currently going through that change, which is both exciting and a little scary. But the opportunities to embrace the change and learn new stuff is immense and then you get to apply it which is a great experience

Cons

It's not the most organised company I've worked for, which can lead to mistakes and cause frustrations
