      - kering eyewear was part of kering group, good for CV - Nice office environment, new clean and tidy - Comprehensive benefit with lots of AL (bank level) - Work life balance for non-peak seasons

      Cons

      - Micro management is not uncommon even in MNC - most managers here enjoy micro management, granting limited decision power to junior staffs. Actually this is very common in Asia even it is a MNC. People are pretending to be very friendly and open minded but actually they aren’t. - Politics everywhere. Managers are locals, hierarchy is as worse as local HK companies. - Pay attention to the turnover rate of the team & reason for the vacancy
