Low pay for work expected. Often expected to do tasks that are way outside of your job description. There is also no real work life balance.

- Management is not aligned. - High attrition.

Bad work/life balance. New responsibilities are constantly being added to everyone's job, but nothing is ever removed. Too much work and not enough time. 12 hours days. Required to take laptop home, keep cell phone with you 24/7, always on-call. High stress level. Management does not want to hear complaints - it's considered "noise". They just want things done.

No room for overtime at this position.
