Low pay, poor communication, and a stressful work environment. Work often felt disorganized and reactive rather than well planned, with limited communication and guidance from management. Employees were expected to take on increasing responsibilities, and "promotions" did not always appear to be accompanied by meaningful salary increases. Many colleagues seemed overworked and under significant pressure. Communication from HR lacked accountability and follow-through.

Very low salaries and no annual adjustment, for the majority of the positions you need to be on-site 3 days/week and you have 20 days per year you can stay at home. Career progression is very slow or non-existent. Benefits exist but they are ridiculous. You pay a lot for multisport and the additional health insurance is paid by the employee. A lot of lay off lately. Unpaid overtime is expected and people are overworked
