      I think they are trying hard, some previous employees like HM are paying people to post these reviews and betraying the company that gave him everything.

      Cons

      They could treat people like human or if treating them like animals, give them % of the revenue from each project that would make them work for you even on the weekends.

      What I really appreciate about working at Ken Research is how approachable everyone is here. If you ever get stuck on something or need clarity, you can just walk up to your colleagues or seniors, and they will gladly help you out. It honestly makes a huge difference when you know you have a supportive team backing you up.

      Cons

      If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I'd say the initial few weeks could be made a bit more organized. A little more structured guidance during that period would really help new joiners understand things faster and settle in comfortably. Just some additional clarity early on can make a big difference in helping people feel confident and productive from the start.
