      There was no Pros really except the office is alright.

      The Kelmac CEO is not a good man, do not work for this company. There is no morale and the working ethics of the company is based on money. They will choose to let down numerous customers on a course if they think another last minute project will give them more income. The CEO does not care for the customers and or employees, you are just a monkey to do any task he should ask. There was an issue with salary that could have been resolved very quickly but the CEO decided it was easier to prolong the situation to benefit himself. Please take this advise and dont work for this company.

      The time i spent working at this company was one of the worst experiences in my professional career. Employees were not valued or respected by the owner, and were consistently treated with contempt. You are expected to work excessively long hours, without any acknowledgement or thanks. I would strongly advise anyone considering joining this company to look for an alternative opportunity. The high rate of staff turnover tells its own story
