Pros

Nice location, good lunch, and good parties. And the product is proprietary but very nice,

Cons

A true cowboy company living on funding, The CEO has absolutely no idea om how to run a company, and will follow any whim. A nepotism culture in upper management makes life very difficult for anybody wanting to do a decent job. One wrong word and you are out. No coherent strategy. The company is expanding but this is only because of investors turning the blind eye to lack of direction and product delevlopment.

Pros

Technology has some competitive capabilities for now but there are other options that are much better.

Cons

Very inexperienced management trying to fill rolls that they are unqualified to fill. If you don’t openly bow down literally to them, they treat you like you’re invisible. The channel teams are useless and blame every other member of the different teams for their own inadequacies and inability to build a channel. Frighteningly unprofessional and completely dishonest.

Pros

Met many great people on interesting project

Cons

Our relations has been going on since 2010 where I was developing Keepit project (as well as several other project for cohaesio/evalesco company) for years within the distributed team delivering the customers a great value. Management actively uses legislation inconsistences in managing developers and they strive to arrange hierarchy relations becoming quite bossy demanding strict subjection. Due to the jurisdiction differences, management allows himself to be not polite, not responsive or highly biased. Once management arranged a meeting where they started screaming at me saying "tell us if you ever attack people, I will punish you if you won’t tell us" They knocked out the confession from me during an hour assaulting me repeatedly. I lost ability to speak at that moment, I did not see anything and it darkened in my eyes I did not got what is going on, nobody explained me So I don't remember well how it finished, I can only remind they raped me for a long time forcing me to confess something and eventually they announced for everyone that they are punishing me Having spent sometimes, I asked Frederik Schouboe (CEO) how to resolve it. He replied that company doesn’t need me any longer. I was not able to speak for many months since that time, several spontaneous body movements appeared that I could not control. I cannot sleep well since that time so my memory got worse.
