Our relations has been going on since 2010 where I was developing Keepit project (as well as several other project for cohaesio/evalesco company) for years within the distributed team delivering the customers a great value.
Management actively uses legislation inconsistences in managing developers and they strive to arrange hierarchy relations becoming quite bossy demanding strict subjection.

They knocked out the confession from me during an hour assaulting me repeatedly.

I was not able to speak for many months since that time, several spontaneous body movements appeared that I could not control.
I cannot sleep well since that time so my memory got worse.
