Too many local management who tries to act like Little Napoleon Irresponsible production manager who has learned the ability of pushing responsibilities. Quality Compliance executive who does not know anything about basic GMP nor mathematics. A production assistant manager that do not know how a reactor works. Safety officer with dubious certificates.

There were gaps in leadership communication and strategic clarity. At times, priorities shifted without clear guidance, which made execution challenging. In the IT and DX teams, we have very strong engineers, but there have been challenges with management and leadership, especially within IT. There has also been a lack of consistent leadership and structure. Currently, the IT department is led by someone with an SAP background, which has made alignment with core IT needs more difficult.long story short its a Toxic work culture in IT
