      I've had a great experience working as a TA Specialist. One of the things I appreciate most is the flexibility offered. The trust placed in employees to manage their responsibilities create a positive work life balance. The team I also work with is supportive.

      The ability to be able to indirectly support the most vulnerable people within our communities by recruiting the team. Speaking with candidates on a daily basis and hearing their passion and drive for being within the industry. Working alongside a supportive team and manager that also shares the same values.
