      Nice employer overall, chill atmosphere for an agency

      Pros

      Compared to other agencies Kamp is not quite as high stakes. People don't live at their desks. Humans work there.

      Cons

      The "Kulture" thing is annoying honestly. It's a workplace and I like the people, but don't make it feel like we're a family.

      Rad work but long hours

      Pros

      I worked on some of the most rad projects while at Kamp with some really talented and hardworking people. Lots of really cool, portfolio worth projects. Fun travel.

      Cons

      There is zero path for growth. Annual reviews are hard to come by. I didn't have a direct manager. The term "we are a family here" was thrown around a lot but then I was part of a mass layoff. Work life balance is non-existent.
