Pros

1. The company has been treating employees nicely and fairly. If you perform well, the company will reward you with salary increases and promotions. The company and the CEO appreciate my contribution and effort, I got salary increases that are better than the normal rate of salary increases in the market. On the other hand, if you are under-perform, the company is willing to give you chances to improve. Unfortunately, these under-perform colleagues who eventually did not improve and did not work out in the company. I think this is why there is some negative review of the company from leaving employees. 2. You got to work with a very talented and visionary CEO who has successfully turned the company from a game developer to a high growth software company. 3. It is a really good company to unleash your potential and the company helps you to turn impossible to possible. I sometimes found that the direction and tasks are impossible to achieve. It turned out that I am wrong. The CEO has helping me to achieve them and let me know that I can achieve more and grow further. 4. The CEO is persistent and determined towards the company goal. Over the past years, the company has encountered a lot of challenges. The CEO never gives up and always comes up with a solution to overcome them. When I joined the company 10 years ago, it worked as a small game developer. Yet, the CEO never stops in developing his own product. Now, he has built up a well-known and profitable software, Fuzor that has been used by AEC professionals in over 80 countries. I feel so proud of being part of it. Getting the opportunity to build up an international brand is something that I can never find in other companies. 5. This is high tech and promising industry that is really good to develop a long term career. I spent 10 years working here and achieved a lot more than my counterparts who work in other companies. I am always thankful for the opportunity and support of the company. 6. I joined the company with zero experience and knowledge in the field. The management is very supportive. When I encountered difficulties, my boss always worked together with me to come up with solutions to overcome them.

Cons

1. As the CEO is really smart and innovative, you sometimes probably do not understand his direction. You got to be smart as well. I suggest you communicate with him to ensure you understand it and you will achieve better results. 2. You probably do not have any understanding and knowledge about the software and the needs of the AEC industry, you have to be prepared to learn and willing to put extra effort to equip yourself with more knowledge in the software and the industry. Even I joined the company for 10 years, I still learn new things every day that I really enjoy learning new things and taking challenges. If you do not learn and increase your knowledge, it is hard to grow. 3. You may easily have a wrong understanding and perception of the company if you work there for a short period of time. Communicating with the CEO will help you to understand his vision. I suggest you always have faith in the management and be open-minded to accept new challenges. 4. The company stands out from the crowd as the CEO is willing to innovate new applications that are not available in the market. You have to prepare to do something that you never think of or never do before. The CEO will guide and help you to achieve it. You will become a better person

Pros

- Have developed and built up a successful software brand, Fuzor for the Architecture, Construction and Engineering industry, the number of users have been increased significantly every year especially its VDC package. There are a lot of positive feedback from the users. I talked to the users, they told me that they really enjoyed the product, Fuzor and impressed with how the product has been growing. They asked me to thank the development team and expressed their appreciation of such a good product. - The management is very flexible and responds quickly to the needs of the market and customers, that's why its software Fuzor is getting more and more popular and the product has so much improvement every year. - It is a really good platform for employees learn something new and challenges thenselves as the management understands the importance of innovation, it gets a patent for its live link technology with 3D authoring software. It has a very good leader who sets a good direction for its product, Fuzor and has a good vision that is appreciated by many AEC professionals. The top management always seek improvement and new innovation. - The top management learns and turn it to action quickly. Though they may not know all of design at the first place, the management does respond and adjust quick enough to correct - The leader is very supportive and gives you advice on challenges you encountered - Good exposure to wide range of people including resellers, top management and professionals from AEC field to build up communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills - It is fast growing company with a lot of potential and opportunities - It has done a good job to build up its own software brand and get the initial success.

Cons

- Be willing to invest time and effort to learn the AEC workflows and the industry knowleges as you may be asked a question you do not know from cIients. I spent time to learn it during my weekends. I sometimes work late as I put extra hours to understand the workflow that i do not know before i join the company. - Multi-tasking and flexible. I got the chance to do pre-sales demo, close deal, after sale support and chanel management. You need to manage your time well - Be willing to take challenges - Sometimes you may be rejected, keep a positive mind

Pros

Extremely low chances of getting fired.

Cons

Extremely high chances of getting discouraged enough to quit. Environment: ----------------- There is no system in place, the office runs in random patterns. Everyone plays the blame game. Forced to work for free at points. Lack of communication. Hostile and Toxic Management: ----------------- Management is sexist. Management talks badly about every single employee. Management only discourages you. Management makes fun of your race by referencing stereotypes. Experience: -------------- Low chances of getting a raise. Upon starting the job there is no training on any position. Sales and Finance: ---------------------- The company has not been in "good shape" for the past 10 years Tasks and Work: --------------------- There is no Design Specs/Documentation for new features There is no Documentation for anything CEO wants programmer to implement features that even he himself does not know, or anyone in the company knows how it is suppose to work in terms of design. When given a task, interrupted and given a second task, then asked why the first task was not finished. Bonus: ---------- I have felt there is some sort of inferiority vibe, where if you are of a certain background you are seen as lesser and therefore not respected or listened the same way. (This can apply to topics like gender, schools, role in the company)
