      Pros

      Good exposure to Corporate politics More focus on personality development rather than work Work life balance is 80 20 Responsibility without any authority . If technically weak but good in show off perfect place to work.

      Cons

      Sandwiches between Bajaj and KTM . No clarity on job description No defined procedure. Even working against independence day and republic day of India. Horrible management.

      - Ready to race attitude & good atmosphere - Dynamic environment - Cool products - Possibilities for self-development - Cheerful employers - Good takeover chances - International environment - Benefits - Great work/life balance

      Cons

      - Very flat hierarchies - Not clear processes and general mess related to upcoming projects (not stable decisions) - Need to speak German language (B2 level at least) - Mainly Austrians on executive positions - Poor remuneration - Not a lot of willingness to help and change - Location is a massive problem
