      (All the below comments are based on the situation before leaving this company) - The bosses are not encouraging staff to work overtime - The bosses from HQ will switch different batches every 3 yrs. (quality can't guarantee) - Working environment quiet as a library.

      - Learn nothing from the company - Keep deducting your ability - Stress all comes from your HQ Bosses rather than workload. - No career path. - No management skills. - No respect. - No appreciation. - No human treatment (just robot).

      Toxic Working Environment

      Free Snacks, not much of overtime working

      1. Poor Management: New managers are sent from the HQ every couple of years. Most of them are so green and thus have no leadership experience nor global exposure at all. Their lack of knowledge and neglect of duty make it extremely difficult and stressful for the staff to work with them. 2. No Upward Promotions: A waste of time working here coz a locally hired staff can rarely get promoted. (= Hard work doesn't pay off. )This is a BIG problem which demotivates people and causes high employee turnover. 3. Strict Hierarchy & Office Politics: Traditional Korean workplace culture but worse than those in K-dramas. HQ staff is hardworking pleasing the boss but pays little attention to internal communications and team bonding. 4. The salary is not competitive.
