Of course, like any job, there are challenges too. The workload can get demanding at times, especially when there are multiple requests or deadlines to meet. But to be fair, that’s quite normal for admin work — it teaches you how to stay organized and calm under pressure. Communication between departments can sometimes take time, which can slow things down, but most issues eventually get resolved once you follow up. Salary-wise, it’s fair and competitive for the position, though I think there’s still room for improvement when it comes to adjustments and incentives.
In terms of career growth, opportunities are there if you take initiative and show consistency. Promotions may not happen quickly, but managers do recognize hard work and reliability. Work-life balance is also quite manageable. There are busier periods, especially during events or office projects, but most of the time, schedules are reasonable and supervisors are understanding.
