Stupid management. From the top to every M grade. They know literally nothing. Can't imagine how they manage to go to work.

Pros

Free Lunch @HQ, Staff Sales, Nice Big Office, Love the Rooftop Garden. Hardware given to the IT staff is high end. Lots of activities in the office and under the Kwok Group (Dragon Boat Racing, Water Run etc)

Cons

- Managers are very fickle minded.(to an extent that many outsourcing companies who have worked with them in the past have stopped submitting tenders to Kerry). - The IT systems are mostly in a Big MESS and has the time to take care of them. -The Company lies or hides the actual facts about major legal certifications. - The Department has serious political issues at times you will come across double faced co-workers. - Promises at the time of signing of the contract are not kept so do NOT trust them when they say that you're title is gonna change or you're gonna get a salary hike after you complete your probation... You're NOT. - The general procurement strategy is to be "Penny wise and pound foolish" which gets frustrating. - The Senior Management will tell you to give them solutions to make the working place better. But they're just to show that they want to do something. Nothing is ever done. - "Top management" a term which u'll hear a lot in the office takes all the decisions without consulting the team thus setting up impossible deadlines and expectations overloading the team with work. - Project management skills don't exist in the team except a handful of people although they might have the Certificate. - You have to cover your back with every decision you make as your seniors will not have your back (at least that was my experience). - The Company is very keep on hiring westerners to get different point of views in the team but they never really want to change so it becomes pointless. - There have been multiple instances in the office which I feel are too cheap to mention here for a multi-billion dollar listed company.

Pros

Uncountable "opportunities" to GT, job duty is everything in the warehouse Management thinks OT is respectful

Cons

Work until 12am and normally 8 - 9 pm Ask our preference of going into which department but do not listen Most GT go to warehouse operation eventually and it is very tough to work in operation Many excuses for not allowing to take AL, OT in public holidays and Saturday and Sunday. Extremely lack of labour High turnover rate
