      Pros

      The welfare is good, and internal team transfers are relatively convenient. The company mainly uses AWS services, and overtime pay is guaranteed. In my own team, overtime is not required very often, but other project teams frequently experience overtime situations.

      Cons

      The system management is chaotic, with many duplicated tools. There is no overall company project planning, and most technologies are outdated. Since the main clients are in Japan, there is a lack of automation systems.
