      NONE AT ALL! Worst company in HK!

      Cons

      Horrible management, speak incoherently, and only blame and blame. The company is in chaos, the environment is terrible, and the boss only want to make as much money as possible by exploiting employees. They believe your salary is already too generous, and there’s no future here! Don’t waste your time in this company!

      - Demanding boss while they don't know what they want - No data driven culture. People are making story to explain the number. - Roadmap provided but no one follow the roadmap - Bosses keep asking things randomly

      Terrible management in the middle levels.

      Some colleagues are friendly and helpful. C levels are friendly.

      Cons

      Nothing to learn, always demanding and blaming on junior level colleges, extremely high expectations with minimal salary, Director levels ONLY listen to those he likes. Problems like project latency and deadline extension will be blamed on JUNIORS. Some Senior levels are just chilling in working hours and make excuses to not work at all. No promotion opportunities, your supervisor will tell you you are already overpaid in the first day of work. No mutual respect whatsoever.
