The goal of the president and VP is to sell the company.

Pros
Benefits package is the only plus.
Cons
VP that is narrow minded and followed the President over so they can grow the company and sell it. The company is still Wennsoft and has lazy people that talk to customers on the phone only. Their support is terrible. The software platform they are going to is terrible and nothing like what they originally offered for building diagnostics. They look at sales only and never properly support their customers.

Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule
Cons
CEO only knows how to make this quarterly budget by cutting costs, eg, layoff employees. I was one of over a dozen in my batch but I know other employees who were part of previous batches. Apparently this is his style.
