salary is around 21k, have double pay and performance bouns. when new colleague / colleague from Japan visit hong, we will go to celebrate such as dinner gathering.

lake of career steps. roster change often. 12hours a shift. short period to change from day time shift, middle shift and over night shift

There are some good people there and nothing else

Cons

Too many expats that have no idea what to do there. Many of them only know about Excel and poor english. Many expats, managers think they are God. Low Salary compared with UK market. No salary review. Horrible bonus. Bullying culture from some managers, expats and local Japanese staff. Managers responsible for their people don’t care about you but expats only. Some Japanese staff/expats don’t respect the people. They start yelling to you for nothing. They expect that you do overtime everyday. No inclusive culture.
