Lots of vacation, my co-workers were amazing!

Cons

The owners. I can't stress how much it was the owners. They took a great company, with lots of potential and people who wanted nothing more than to succeed - and destroyed it.

It is a very laid back environment. Decent for a starter job.

Cons

The leadership fails to provide direction. Pay is abysmal for the amount of work that is continually increasing.

Pros

Life work balance is good and they don't worry about if you take time off. The people care about each other.

Cons

The senior managers are unresponsive. They don't return calls or give advice or give all of the consultants the same marketing materials. First time I've ever experienced that.
