      quick growth in terms of skills, good to leave immediately once you get it.

      Cons

      pay is 1/3 lower than the street average, workload is the same! Management forced people to work in office for 4 days, with low pay/low food reimbursement, bad office environment, they are asking too much and deploying people!

      Bond at the junior level

      Cons

      Toxic leadership style by majority of senior level people. Most don’t care to learn your name even after several years of putting their materials together and grinding on their deals over weekends and 90+ Hour weeks. Comp is way below street and bonuses are also below expectations despite “record” dealflow. Lack of honest and insightful reviews for the development of juniors and bonuses are paid out blindly despite individual commitment levels and performance being drastically difference across groups and even within groups. Working here discourages growth and development and unfortunately most of talent leaves early on.
