      Entry level position for college students

      Cons

      - Micromanagement - No advancement opportunities due to being a small company. However, the company been around for more than 10 years so you would expect a huge growth but instead they are struggling fighting for contracts. - The service the company provides (OSHA training,state grants etc) is seriously a waste of federal money due to their lack of structure and out of date technology. - Favoritism at its finest. Hence why the current employee who wrote a "great review" been with the company for 10 years. Whomever you are, you are garbage with your false lies.

      The company switched to the EOS model for operating day to day business.

      Cons

      The company was founded on the CO'S principles but he hasn't recently taken a step back. The new leadership has a greater focus on revenue yet they do not seem to have the adequate experience. Through the shift, the culture has greatly suffered causing employee instability.
