My work experience at K.R. Mangalam World School, Vaishali has been extremely meaningful and fulfilling. The school maintains a welcoming, disciplined, and growth-oriented atmosphere that supports both teachers and students in their development. The collaborative culture among the staff and the encouragement from the management created a strong sense of belonging. I had the opportunity to enhance my teaching skills, improve classroom management, and explore innovative ways of engaging students.
