      Horribly balanced management structure, indecisive leadership, a lot of gossip amongst management about the whole team, horrendous communication & professionalism.

      Being able to show up to work and make money

      Cons

      The owners are fine until they are triggered and then have no problem treating you “like family”. The kind of family a therapist would tell you to go no contact with. The wife will scream at you, cuss you up and down, and dump all her paranoia on you.
