      Pros

      Do not resign from your current company banking on this offer letter. As it has no value & they can defer or cancel it any time before you join.

      Cons

      I referred my friend. They rolled out an offer letter to her, later deferred it by couple of months & just before the date of joining they cancelled it.

      Need to at least train the employees before starting to judge them, has a very close knit environment, a new employee doesn't feel that welcome.

      You can get to learn and grow Idea's are appreciated and implemented There is good transparency, is almost all aspects All Teams hangouts

      Cons

      It is a startup, sometimes things are tight but you have many flexibility. Management is always ready to help and maintain good culture.
