- Expect never to do anything that you are hired for. Employees are expected to take on more tasks than they are hired to do. - Meetings can be held at 5.30pm and end past work hours. - Poor communication of instructions to executive level staff, not including last-minute decisions made by management. Results in much unpaid OT and rush before deadlines. - No respect for employees and not receptive to feedback from employees.
