      Pros

      There really aren't any pros. The trip to Montreal was kind of cool, but rushed and honestly the people who work at headquarters were really stuck up and rude.

      Cons

      - Extreme physical labor (lugging 10+ full racks of clothes countless times in and out of a van) - EXTREMELY pushy with sales - Cheap quality clothing - 60+ hour weeks, almost minimum wage pay w/ out overtime

      -fair pay -weekly touch-base meetings -hybrid position, although too much travelling -benefits are great -vehicle/phone and computer is provided by he company -quarterly fly-in meetings at the Montreal Headoffice

      Cons

      -too much travel-poor work-life balance -high pressure and micromanaging from regionals -inconsistency in communication from top down management

      Pros

      You get a company car, credit card for expenses while you're on the road and discount on clothing.

      Cons

      You really have to be available 24/7. And you're on the road 60-75% of the time. Pay is not enough for the work you have to put in and sacrifices you have to make to hit your goals. They no longer allow employees to meet in person for sales meetings so coworkers don't see each other in person at all anymore.

      Flexible, good pay, create your own schedule, great product, and travel

      It is hard work. Can be physical hard work. All sales jobs are stressful at times.

      Discount of clothes... that’s it

      Cons

      Terrible place to work. The Management are a bunch of frat boys with no formal education. The company was recently bought out by an equity firm and is on a firing craze. The pay is not enough for being on the road and all the heavy lifting you have to do. Honestly, only take this job if you are trying to break into sales. If you are a seasoned vet... stay away!!!!
