      Johnson Lambert has great people, great office, and has a relatively good work-life balance in comparison to big 4 firms

      Cons

      Leadership does not do a good job training and guiding associates. JL also tends to have no exposure to other industries due to the niche market they work in.

      Amazing culture with a huge emphasis on work life balance and value for employees.

      Cons

      Not many. We work mostly remotely since the pandemic which some people dislike but I don’t mind at all.

      Pros

      Great work life balance, Lots of Happy Hours and events, Great family atmosphere, Flexible. This place is great to work at. They are a very small firm and they behave that way except when it comes to buisiness they behave like one of the big four.

      No real complaints to give to management.
