Pros
This is a fast-growing office in an accounting firm with a niche focus. You have the opportunity to learn quickly with one on one training.
Cons
None are noted. The location would be better closer to downtown for some of the younger team members.
Pros
flexible, remote and hybrid options, opportunity for growth
Cons
slightly lower salary than big four and some regional firms
Pros

Pros
Awesome opportunities for even first years to be exposed to complex challenges and assignments.
Cons
With the recession, the firm's culture drastically eroded when they realized they had no idea how to bring in business. Before that most of their business came from simply answering the phone thanks to SOX. Female partners and management team up for a "girl's club" that beat up on those outside (especially the men). The most talented folks leave for better opportunitites. You are expected to shut up and follow templates blindly since they don't like it when you think for yourself.
Pros
The firm culture is fantastic including tons of social activities/ holiday parties out of town/ firm-wide retreats and happy hours. There are tons of growth opportunities within the firm and the partner level doesn't seem so "far fetched".
Cons
pretty long busy season given nature of industry focus (although not as intense hours wise as typical public accounting)
Pros
Culture, people, learning & growth opportunities
Cons
None - great public accounting experience w a small firm
