      It was going good until I finished my project

      You never have salary reviews. No culture: They assign you to a client and you never hear back from them I was surprised that after 3 years working with them and my project finished, I did not get any paid bench period.. AFTER 3 YEARS!!. They just told me that I was going to some talent pool without any income and just two weeks before finishing the project which did not gave me some time to look for another work. I considered a good company but I saw they just care about money. I was expecting to have at least ome "grace paid period" after working 3 years with them

      Pros

      - If it's your first work, it's great. Everyone is willing to help you grow and learn stuff - You'll get the opportunity to work with some amazing people - You can get the chance to work with some incredible companies and great projects. - The company culture is outstanding with solid values that will help you grow in your career.

      Cons

      - There is no growth path within the company for Devs. You can definitely grow, but you'll need do non-development stuff to get the chance to grow within the company. - Salary is well below average. - Salary revisions ONLY happens when you are about to leave with a better offer, otherwise you'll be stuck with the same salary forever. - Aside the salary, the company doesn't really have any other benefit.

      Pros

      Get involved with some of the most prestigious software companies in world, and work for top end clients. An amazing experience in terms of knowledge and learning, great culture and very nice people all around.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of space to grow inside the organisation. The temporary nature of the relationship with clients makes it difficult to accumulate experience in order to be seen as a potential lead or manager.
