Work culture, colleagues are nice and helpful.
Cons
Too many lay-offs. Every time they are not able to raise enough funds and they go into loses, they remove employees right and left. Some of the best employees from different departments have been removed in this year. I have been removed due to my maternity leave request. Advise caution to people who are considering to join.

1. Employees treat each other with respect 2. Flat org-- everyone is approachable 3. Decent benefits-- health insurance, food in the office etc 4. Option to move within teams may be possible

1. There has been little investment in the office space-- too small and crowded 2. Internal communication is lacking 3. Some of the policies applicable for other Jivox offices abroad do not make sense for the India office
