The people are the true highlight! Everyone is kind, motivated, and always willing to help. It’s a smart, collaborative group where problem-solving is a shared strength. You also have the ability to make a real impact and grow beyond your role.

Cons

Working at a smaller company can have its trade-offs. While there’s less formal structure, I think that’s balanced by more flexibility and a strong focus on individual career development and skill-building.

Title: A Great Agency with Strong Leadership and a Focus on People Development

It’s an agency with immense potential. The leadership here is incredibly knowledgeable about both people and skills, which translates into a work culture that values growth and development. It’s clear they are not just focused on being an execution partner for clients but genuinely care about helping businesses succeed in a meaningful way.

Cons

That being said, as with many growing agencies, there are some growing pains. One challenge is the limited resources that come with a smaller agency. For example, there can be a lack of deep support in research and analysis, which sometimes puts a strain on teams. However, I’ve found that the company is actively working on solving this through growth, as well as identifying areas for efficiency to better accommodate that growth. It’s a work in progress, but I’m confident that as the company scales, these resource gaps will be addressed.
