Pros
Good company. Concerned about employees. They do as well as anyone in the consulting engineering business. More empathic than most.
Cons
The industry is cyclical and therefore it adds some risk to long term employment. When you sell hours for dollars, if you don't have projects it's hard to justify the overhead if there isn't a ;to of work, like right now.
