Very few... They give you study leave and they might pay you a fraction of your overtime if you are willing to put up a fight. You will learn a about fund accounting if you have no prior experience, they run through the entire valuation process, so you would be able to gain insight into the exact mechanics of a NAV calculation. Some individuals claim that they received attractive performance bonuses, what they had to do to receive those bonuses are concerning...

Cons

General incompetence across management level. Politics/favoritism is rife. YOU WILL BE SET UP FOR FAILURE! Incredibly long hours, with no recognition. Their PC's and networks are the worse I have ever seen. The staff get exploited and the working hours are inhumane. No leadership in the company, management (most of which are married with children) get so drunk at year end functions, that they end up hooking up with colleagues or complete strangers, right in front of other staff members (absolutely no shame). Truly sickening behavior.

We were really disappointed to read these comments. At JTC we take great pride in the management, development and reward of all of our people. We also welcome regular feedback across all our locations and take any concerns raised, or suggestions for improvement made, very seriously. As part of our exit interview process we also seek to capture and understand all constructive feedback and can confirm that there has not been any feedback received that matches the type of comments made in this post.
