Pros

This company is disrupting air travel and making a great experience for customers. That means employees get to be creative and make decisions every day. Benefits are really good & premiums didn’t increase at open enrollment.

Not really any problems that I see.

Pros

Good benefits. Leadership has improved, and is dedicated to making meaningful change. The company is focused on employee experience and is trying to make changes. Out of 3 years of working at JSX, the company is headed in the right direction!

Cons

Not enough actual holidays and there can be a lot of priorities all at once.
