Very little opportunity for career advancement. Top management have their heads in the clouds. Complete lack of training. Terrible/no bonus. Company finances are not in great shape. Business model focuses on keeping costs low by providing inferior quality products and underpaying domestic (Japan) staff.

It is managed by Supervisors and Managers who are childish and don't know how to manage the place well. They don't train you and just throw you in the floor and being able to know everything. If they don't like you they will find something to fire you. They don't keep their employees informed on new products. They also are not transparent and take no changes from employees into consideration and think that everything has to be the "Japanese" Way. They also don't respect their employees and give different roles to certain employees who were hired to do the same job because they can speak Japanese or Japanese. Also certain employees don't do their job and talk so much and get praised. Everyone including the Supervisors should stick to what they tell on the meetings and not tell the employees something different everyone should be on the same page.
