They sign out machines before they're ready to hit financial targets regardless of anything so senior managers get their bonuses. Training never given and HR weren't even interested in leaving interviews anymore because of the high rate of people leaving. The worst company I've ever worked for without a doubt. Operationally they are built on a culture of bullying and alot of people are off with stress from operators to management. Do yourself a favour and look else where if you value having a life.
