      Employee discount and flexible scheduling.

      Cons

      Retail hours! Open every holiday except for Christmas day! Also never enough time or staff to get the job done or not able to maintain the integerity of the store. Unless you are having a corporate visit; then the store will be spotless for insiders (high level execs @ JCP) but we never got enough time to clean it that good for their customers!

      Pros

      It a great environment, it's friendly and you feel at home. The people that work there are great as well.

      Cons

      It was a bit difficult at times to get the schedule that you wanted. That's the only reason I'm not there anymore.
